Cate, you've asked the same question I've often asked myself: is it necessary to have both a website and a blog? First, let me say, I really like the work you've put into creating a web-like blog. You need to give lessons. If most websites are like mine, I am unable to upgrade, add to or take down any information. The webmistress has to do this and it is costly. Thus, my website often languishes until I have a new bookcover to post. While I don't have a blog, I can certainly see it's usefulness over a website.
