I had the most amazing weekend - the "writer's dream" sort. On Saturday, I signed a new contract for another 1NS story with Decadent! Yay! I filled out all the forms and returned them, along with a new 1NS sub. On Sunday, a contract popped into my email for that 1NS story. The quickest turnaround on a sub for me!
But - as they say in the cheesy commercials - wait! There's more! On Monday, Decadent contracted a historical romance novella!
Sometimes that old saying is true. Things do come in threes! Very, very good things, in this case. If you'd like to read the blurbs, check the Coming Soon page.
Now I'm kind of having little panic attacks. I'd already had three contracts with Decadent, so these additional three make six (plus the other contract for the collection of literary shorts). All those edits - yikes! I'll just be Scarlet O'Hara, and think about it tomorrow.
Promo, on the other hand, I'll have to plan out. I haven't started edits on any of them yet, so no release dates in sight. When I do, I may be begging for blog spots!
Have you had multiple releases in a short while? Any tips on marketing (without making people totally sick of me, lol)?

That's tough with multiple releases. The audience will go along with you for one tour but I think you start to lose readers with multiples.
Unless you've got something that can tie them together. ??? Any ideas?
You're always welcome at my place. Let's get together and plan something cool. My readers are eclectic (and not all writers) so we'll get you some mileage. :o)
Congratulations! It will be all right. And multiple releases? As slow as I write?
I have a number of books coming out in the next few months but none of the release dates are for sure yet.
You can count on me for some blog time promo.
Thanks Maria - that would be wonderful. Yep, four of them are in the 1NS (1 Night Stand) series, so that's an easy tie-in.
Ha, Alex - the pace is probably not much different. You write long novels, and these are short stories and two novellas. And thanks!
Thanks Susan! You're welcome at my blog too. (That goes for all of you, of course)
Congrat's! You are welcome anytime on my site. I love your books, my favorite being Orion Rising! Still!
Have fun, breathe, and it will all come together, gee, good news comes in threes? Can't wait for that blessing!
You're so sweet, Yolanda - thank you!
